Substance Abuse Recovery Home Services

Substance Abuse Recovery Home Services offer a stable, supportive residential environment for individuals in recovery. The program provides structured housing and skill-building, aligned with DBHDS and DMAS guidelines, to support long-term sobriety.

  • Supervised Residential Environment

  • Individualized Recovery Plans

  • Peer Support and Community Building

  • Connection to Outpatient and Aftercare Services

Eligibility

SUD diagnosis, recent detox or inpatient treatment, seeking sober living.

​Consumer Direct Care Services

Consumer-directed personal assistance services help individuals with their daily needs, such as dressing, bathing, eating, and assistance with self-administration of medication. They may also be used to support individuals with their activities of daily living (ADLs) at work and other places in their communities. This service is available in the HIV/AIDS, EDCD, ID/MR, and IFDDS Waivers.
