SMS Terms and Conditions

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Neighborhood Community Services ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions.  The phone numbers obtained through this process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

2. Types of SMS Communications

If you have consented to receive text messages from Neighborhood Community Services, you may receive messages related to appointment reminders, meeting notifications, case follow-ups, updates regarding services, requests for information, surveys, and other relevant communications related to your interaction with Neighborhood Community Services.  We will strive to keep messages concise and relevant to your needs.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with us and your chosen services.  While we aim to be respectful of your time, you may receive multiple messages per [Day/Week/Month - specify the timeframe] if you have ongoing interactions or are actively participating in our programs. Customers can opt-in for SMS messaging from Neighborhood Community Services through intake forms on our website located at https://www.neighborhoodcommunityservices.com/.  You may also opt-in by providing your phone number to a staff member and verbally consenting to receive SMS messages. This agreement for SMS will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Opt-Out

Customers can opt-out of SMS messaging from Neighborhood Community Services by replying STOP at any time to any received SMS message. Once opted-out, you will receive no further SMS communication, except for a confirmation message. You can opt back in at any time by replying START.
